I was staying down the street for the 1 in 12 fest that year. Saw an upturned car at the top of the street but got no personal hassle either.
Again I'm sure my single experience proves nothing (ref: earlier comment on dialectics), but then of course as we all know (except maybe L. Abbath going by his debating technique) you can never take one isolated experience /instance and use it to make a blanket judgement.
