I love that screening room - 2 or 3 that is all red. Just amazing being in there seeing something dark.

I assume it was because of the early time, but i got 4 tickets to a 2pm show in the IFI for €30 odd last saturday. Bit of a squeeze in the seating there.

Almost an horrific place to watch a film. It's a converted house essentially.

The main screen has almost no leg room although it is tiered at the rear. I haven't been in years - the website makes it look like it's been redone.

Screen 2 is a shitshow. I can't even begin. Like I'll walk out if the thing I want to see is in 2.

The third screen is new. I remember it being okay.

Honestly haven't been in years. If the Lighthouse weren't so out of the way, the IFI wouldn't exist.

Its cool. I'll figure it out. how hard can it be? decent seats, decent screen, decent sound, decent food. slightly liberal about sneaky cans.
