but shels wouldnt have just gone in instead of deportivo (unless theyve magically jumped up the rankings somewhat)

my dad siad the same thing to me , knowing im a lfc fan sort of nudge nudge wink wink style "i see shels would have been playing the 'pool"

there would have been a draw and shels would have been 4th seed and lfc second maybe first because deportivo wouldnt be in the draw
8-1 chance of them being in the same group
