Burning a SWF file to DVD. (1 Viewer)

a guy at work wants to submit an animation to somewhere... I don't have a DVD burner and have never burnt a DVD, so I don't have a clue how to go about this. I assume there's software out there that can help with this process... preferable freeware/shareware; s'pose a trial demo would do. PC software is cool, hoping for an OSX app would probably be a bit unrealistic!

anyway, any suggestions appreciated!

id imagine you'd have to convert the swf to a movie file first, mpeg2 action i guess, them burn that to dvd
