Aha, aha, Nomadic Revery, that's the one i really really would've wanted to hear. Saw him on tuesday for the third time ever and still haven't heard it live

BUT tuesday gig - no complaints no, actually it was fantastic. Sound and everything, loved every bit of it.

The gig was brilliant.

One of those gigs you never wanted to end despite the drunkin girls beside me who kept complaining that "its not how it sounded on the album".

yeah anyone got any bootlegs?would like to hear those versions again.bed is for sleeping was ahighlight for me,as was molly bawn.

no thumpeders there last night? main set was almost identical but the sound seemed vastly improved - you could clearly hear the banjo, for one thing. also just two songs before harem joined him - one was an amazing version of nomadic revery, the other was a duet on hard life with the irish lass from harem. main gig seemed longer too - didn't finish til 11.45 or so. venue seemed hotter tho.

ah man, hard life. such a lovely song.
