one of my friends years ago sent a mail to chemikal underground, claiming he was running a zine, or in the process of starting one, (which he was, but his proposed large zine never really got off the ground). but they sent him 5 or 6 vinyl lps to review.

maybe if you claim to run a club...

You could buy records on the internet....they don't use real money there, so everything is free....
