I used to get steak and cheese snadwhiches in Boston when I lived there. They were amazing. Thinly sliced roast beef, maybe fried up a bit, some melted cheese, some mayonnaise and lettuce or whatever, in a roll. Having some greaseball shouting "you want ya beef heated?" in a Boston accent just added to the experience.

Brie cheese

on some nice bread or whatever, lob under grill

then add pesto, ballymaloe relish and rocket leaves.
