1. toast the two bits of bread very lightly
2. add cheese, return to grill
3. add pastrami, back to grill for a few seconds
4. add lettuce and but the bread together
6. lightly toast outside
7. boil kettle, find packet of King crisp
8. turn sandwich, hopefully gouda will have glued it altogether
9. make tea
10. place sandwhich on plate, playfully empty packet of king crisps all around/on top of it

I'd love some chicken curry with mayo, olives, cheese and pineapple on white bread.

I know it's not fancy, but it's great for the aul hangover.

Fairly mundane ingredients but it tastes delicious.

lild serano ham/prosciutto ham or brannigans turkey
nice dollop of colemans english mustard
cheese (lidl gauda, dubliner or wexford cheddar)
leaves, preferrably rocket or spinach
more pepper
final scraping of mayo
