Best Horror Movie (1 Viewer)

The Haunting damaged me forever, I can't sleep without my feet being properly covered now.

That just reminded me of the movie The Unseen. I saw it when I was like 7 years old. I only made it as far as the first killing because I was petrified. The 'thing' comes up from the heating vent and grabs her legs in bed. I still have to sleep with my feet wrapped like in a sleeping bag 25+ years later. I'm sure I would laugh at it now and I can't believe I just found a youtube trailer of it. I might need to hunt it down to finally see the end. A month or so after I saw this I had to stay at my aunts house while my mom was in the hospital. She had those exact heating grates. I didn't sleep the entire week.

the ultimate answer is 70's/80's haunted house is where it's at

Watched The Sentinel t'other night. Winner earned some bonus dinners in my book with that one. Man, Bob Melvin's make-up was great.

As for recommendations - The Creeping Flesh - always in the top ten of my Fanning's Fab 50 since '73
