cheapest hallumi is in tesco for 3euro a block. MMMM in a wrap with salad and salsa, yes plaze.|..|

I'm making some for us tonight.

plate of quinoa with chunky grilled vegetables (courgette, onion, pepper, mushroom etc) seasoned with one of those deadly Oxfam spice mixes piled on top/middle.

on top of that I put some grilled halloumi that I have cooked in a thick tomato base/sauce with chilli.

for the tomato base i just use concentrate and add some water/wine.

i don't add the veg to the sauce because grilling and seasoning them by themselves makes them tasty enough.

sounds mad but it's nom nom.
