I think I heard them a few years back.
They were copied from a cassette somewhere along the way by the sounds of them.
Still good fun though.

Audacity is probably the handiest, maybe you can use others too. If you don't have it, Audacity is a handy free download.

My computer didn't recognise the .mogg, but just open up Audacity and then go looking for the file. It will open up all the tracks in a multitrack project.
