well at that point i was just being standard issue thumped bored in work prick, and my first post was information about the game as i need that list for teaching as well as you might for buying the game. i realised after your comment that i'd been giving off about it all day, so i though i'd just explain why i was giving off about rather then leave it in passing comments. Then you came up with the standard issue guitar hero answer.

Or on the other hand thousands of kids might get turned onto The Beatles and want to learn to play.

Also ITS A GAME. You know, fun. A laugh. Give it a bash sometime, you might enjoy it.

which from experience just isnt true, so what would i do but tell the truth??

Sorry which bit isn't true, that it's fun (which is subjective surely), or that more kids might want to play the guitar because of it? Did you not say that 25% of kids came to you because of RB/GH?

Sigh. I don't care whether it's good for anyone or not.
So. Smyths. 45 europes. Grand.

it depend how people take my comments, you take them as snide lectures, i take it as giving information i have picked up from dealing with this thing from a different perspective.

I doubt anyone really cares what you think either way. You'd be better off spending your valuable time transcribing Freebird for your lucky students than wasting it echoing the same point that every second person has about GH.

Spent the evening playing this. Great skit. Sore on the aul fingers mind.

GH5 is out today too, didn't even know. Courtney isn't happy though.
