can anyone remember the situation at the gate of camber sands with wristbands? could people get on site (not into venue) without?

i remember not being allowed into the whole site without my wristband.

i think last time i went one of my mates arrived early but my brother booked the tickets on his credit card so i he just told the security my brothers name and his name, I think they allowed him in without a band. Although he was with other friends that had a ticket that got in.

I'm not 100% sure about this now

Think we had to give our names at the gate before they let us go down to get our wristbands. Almost certain that you had to show it to get in and out of the site though.

I haven't been to the last few but my experiences are you're not allowed to go in at all unless you have a wristband, or tickets to get the wristbands. when you're checking in, like.

had to wait ages to get in one year... make sure all involved parties have their phones charged!

One person is allowed in to check in if you have an international ticket. Need to show docs. Others stay outside and person checking in brings balance of wristbands back,

need to know names and addresses of all in chalet for the forms,
