Anyone play harmonica? (1 Viewer)

I just found two in the house(a C and a D),is it as hard as I imagine?

anyone know of good youtube lessons ?

Doubt I'll have the patience to put the time in,but I'd kinda like to.

Playing the harmonica is a lot like making love to a beautiful woman, you have to master breathing and tonguing techniques...

I dabble with it. It's easy enough to get basic bob dylan , american style folk sounds

I got an instructional DVD that showed me that I'd been playing it upside down since I was a kid. To unlearn everything was just too hard so I gave up .


A friend of mine is a phenomenal player. I think he does lessons if you're interested

I just brought it out to have a go on it. The dog went mental..I take that as vote of no confidence

The closest I'd get to lessons is youtube.

I just remember going to a(n electric) blues night in Belfast,and the harmonica player was insane. Had an extended solo and the whole place was clapping and stamping feet. I'd just like to be able to play a few basic blues things really.

But like I said,I probably don't have the patience to put the time in.
