Was on one of the digital channels there on Saturday night.. I'm raging I don't have the wherewithal to tape this stuff.. classic, classic.
John Lord lashing out some keyboard riffs had to be the highlight for me.
 
It was on again this afternoon. It's been on a few times before as well. Great stuff,very underrated band. Smoke on the Water is not nearly the best song thay have nor on that album. Probably the only band to have 4 great vocalists ever as well.
 
I think the Paice/Lord/Blackmore axis of evil ruled to a pretty scary extent. The whole record tracked live with no overdubs.. *shudder*
 
Which album is featured? Machine Head I presume seeing as "Smoke..." has been mentioned.
 
^ Just for the record Blackmore is a fakking Titan of Metal and can do whatever he likes but I found the lute cover of "The times they are a-changing" a just a tiny bit on the twee siade.
