We're looking for a room around town to rent to rehearse in, no PA needed, doesnt need to be in a rehearsal complex (not looking for pay as you play places), so if anyone has/knows anyone who has anything, a bare room to rent for weekday evenings and weekends let me know by PM?

An art space, room in unoccupied office/commercial building, anything will be suitable really. Will pay fair rent of course, not flaky so looking for room longer term...
