Anti-Fascist pickets of TCD in opposition to Nick Griffin (BNP) visit (1 Viewer)

So riddle me this anyone who feels up to it, where does one draw the line between freedom of speech and incitement to hatred?

I'd be very impressed if you gave me the answer in the form of a riddle.

Interesting,
The liberal in me says anyone should be allowed to say what they want, but the realist in me knows the BNP would clamp down on free speech if they came to power. They'd probably purge the army & police first of potential minorities before enforcing their hate policies.
Remember there is no such thing as free speech in this country or the UK, you can be prosecuted for anything considered incitement against the state, one only has to look at the SHAC cases.

Yes the problem is that their are a lot of ignorant bigots afraid to show their heads from under their stones until they see a spokesperson who can unite them, as with Hitler, though in the internet age this point is maybe not as valid as before.
Maybe as a compromise people should be allowed to express any view, but they should also be prepared to take a kicking for those views.??? :) well I'd advocate trying reason first, to be honest, better trying to convert someone by reason than hardening their views through violent confrontation.
I grew up in the North were the far right have the numbers and violent power to persecute others, so don't want this happening in the republic or the UK
