seriously, what the..?
went onto their site in work to see their prices for blank tees and had to close it because it looks like a fricking porn site. what are the kids at these days at all?
from now on the only merch we'll sell is baggy polo necks.

They're merch isn't that good.. I have a tank top (don't ask) and a regular xl tshirt with a screenprint on it and they're kinda flimsy, The good flimsy though, they're not going to fall apart in the wash or anything.

I think it's because The Kids like to feel like they're being like, ethical and stuff.

And also TEH HAWT MODELS lolz

true they can be a bit flimsy. their t shirts a nice fit though, the american small is a like a european medium. they do nice hoodies too, athough the sleeves tend to be really baggy.

Are they not the same company as the Gap and Banana republic? Banana Republic is deadly - the only place i can find nice clothes for the over 30s male. Unfortunately they don't deliver outside the US.

no, they're vertically integrated in downtown LA
i know cos i now have pants in every colour of the rainbow
chicks dig it

i was walking around town this evening in my american apparel mens briefs and no one knew.
pissed me off no end.

ro you can order from the european section of the site... delivery is about 20 euro for orders under 200 euro.
go on, treat yourself.

i have a good few AA tshirts from various gigs over the years- they are a decent fit, but when you are carrying a beer gut, they are not the most flattering. skinny indie kids are all over them though.

AA t-shirts are the comfiest ever as far as I can tell, although a little bit too see-through for my liking. It might work on the AA girls but not so much on your average Irish girl. Ho-hum. Their swimwear is awful comfy too.

That fella who runs it seems like a grubby bastard all the same though.
Reading that interview I get a mental image of Larry Flynt.
