PATRICK GROENLAND QUARTET

Formed at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Boston, the Patrick Groenland quartet interlaces improvisation with music from various geographical and musical areas. The quartet will provide an improvised soundtrack to an episode of David Lynch's cult classic 'Twin Peaks'.
Featuring young Irish tenor sax virtuoso Matt Halpin, expect an emphasis on acoustics and musical interaction. “A colourful feast of entrancing sound and vibrant melody…a gifted performer” (Evening Herald)

THE AMBIENCE AFFAIR

Up and coming duo, consisting of guitarist/vocalist Jamie Clarke and drummer Marc Gallagher. Their songs are comprised of layering looped guitars, keyboards and vocals, combining them with driving rhythms. Described by Today FM's Paul McLoone as 'urgent, original and compelling stuff'.
