Apparently if you turn up and ask for a tour they'll probably get someone to give you one. But it's easier to email first.

"So after standing outside of the lobby for five minutes, posting this and generally freaking the ♥♥♥♥ out, I built up the courage to go inside. Right when I walked in, I talked to the receptionist, who offered me a tour right away!
First, the receptionist turned to the guy sitting next to her and said "I'm hungry. Will you go get me a plate of bacon?". The guy then got up and got her some bacon.

Valve has bacon on hand and they have employees awesome enough to just ask for a plate of it. "
