2011 - What's in it for you? (1 Viewer)

For albums, it's looking great for me.
The new REM has me very excited, along with new Radiohead material.
New Foo Fighters and Coldplay stuff could be good, but I'm wary of the new Strokes album.

Gigwise, I have Broken Records, British Sea Power and The Phantom Band lined up. REM, Radiohead, Daft Punk and Coldplay will surely announce an Irish date. (Hopefully not festivals) And whatever else I can sink my teeth into.

Electric Picnic might be hit again, if I can garner the funds. Would love to check out Indiependance though. Oxegen would have to pull out all the stops to get me to come.

2011 is cancelled as and from yesterday

I have a ticket for 1 gig for next year. That'll probably be the only gig I go to next year, unless I sell the ticket to feed my hungry children.

Theres a new Van Der Graaf Generator album coming in March, that's sure to be worthwhile. I'm holding off on a trip to the UK to see them in case I need the money for spuds or emigration or something.
