Let's play "Band A + Band B = Band C" (1 Viewer)

we got emailed this today.

Hi,

For all fans of two of the greatest and most sorely missed Irish acts Chicks
and Rollerskate Skinny, here is the latest news they are THE RADIO.

THE RADIO includes Stephen M (Founding Member of ROLLERSKATE SKINNY) Annie
Tierney (Formerly of CHICKS) and Mark Dennehy (Former bass player with
JOHNNY PYRO)

Is Johnny Pyro a band that did parody songs a la Weird Al Yankovic?

hmmmm... maths emm... theory... prolly should ignore it till i get some kinda sense thing. I spotted a hole in the space time continuum this morning, because sound travels at the speed of sound, but due to mp3 and broadband music travels at the speed of light, instead of the speed of going to HMV and back and putting it in yer CD player. This could be dangerous so all the crap below is there to see where the risks are.

amount of time to download a tune with broadband = X
amount of time to download a tune with sticksband(56k) = Y = 60x12 =720
length of average tune = Z where Z is 310 seconds.
amount of time in a day spent listening to music, based on being awake for 14hrs a day = W = 14 x 60 x 60 = 50400

right, so when you have broadband you can load a tune quicker then you can hear it, so what I want to find is some kind of downloading co-efficient thing that will show how far you are from downloading more songs then it is possible to listen to in a day. this will take ages.
critcal mass occurs when the multiple of Z is greater than W.
critical mass will be know as C.

if
C(Z) = W
than
C310 = 50400

that would imply that C = 162.5.
what the fuck is 162.5 for?
its the minimium amount of songs that it takes to download to achieve critical mass in one day.
what use is that nordie?
not much. I'll proceed anyway.

its now going to be used to see how long it takes to reach critical mass with A) sticksband and B) broadband.
A)
time it takes to download a tune = X = 720
time it takes to download C (162.5 tunes)
time need online to reach critical mass = 162.5x720 = 117000 seconds
in time format thats about 32 hours and 30 minutes.
No risk there, its not possible to reach critical mass using sticksband.
B)
I dont know how long it takes to down load a tune in broadband. here is ends till one of the binerduals helps me out.
