Weight loss is calorie deficit.

You either eat less calories than you consume in a day or you up your excercise to use more calories than you are eating.

Women retain water in different ways so you can have weight loss one week and no weight loss another week but technically you've still done it, you are just naturually retaining water too.
If only it were that easy. If my calories were any less, I’d be in starvation mode. Also no fucking sugar apart from natural ones in almonds and raspberries, etc… plus 2litres of water a day.

Whereas my partner is drinking diet cola, eating chocolate and crisps and still lost a pound.

So frustrating.
 
I know exactly what works for me, I just don't feel like doing it.
 
I'm looking at getting a new weighing scales - I'm 90% gonna get this one.
Whats stalling me is that it isn't made of steel.
Has anyone seen one that works like this one, in this orientation but is made of steel?
