Running? (2 Viewers)

Kind of heartbreaking video from Stephen Scullion, Irish runner with hopes for Paris that had a bad in London

Ran a fucking 2:16 and is destroyed with disappointment and working through it

Any of you pricks lost a toenail before? My big one is on the way out for sure. It's always been a bit haggard since the marathon years ago, but I dropped a few kgs on it a month ago and it's now reaching endgame.
I did while waking 800Km in a month. It grew back no problem. Just keep it clean. I wrapped my with beige tape loosely and painted on a nail shape with red polish. That was just for myself because I hated looking at it.

Ran a 3:08 in a marathon today
Very happy
Net downhill course, and I had new shoes, but I really gave it everything I got even when it got crazy tough
Came 10th in my age group out of about 200

Very happy with the result, but proud of the effort more tbh.

This is a brag of sorts, but I have now met the standard for qualification into 4 of the 6 world major marathons

But also, I only started running less than three years ago - which is to say, if any of this is appealing to any of you, it is very very doable. And in my experience, incredibly rewarding.

Fitness is an incredible thing and it's available for everyone.

I really don't know of anything other than running that lifts people up in this way

Anyone can come, you just need trainers
Everyone is welcome, no judgement
Benefits out the wazoo, and you're always glad you did it
