Steven Bouquet obviously took his surname to a proto serial killer level, because you couldn't pronounce it any other way.
Think about it, he must have gotten so much abuse while Keeping Up Appearances was on tv.

I think their logic was the cats were tearing through vast numbers of animals, so neutering or not neutering them isn't going to change that.
