- Not sure whether I like this yet. Really proggy electronic songs. Interesting enough melodically but his voice kinda grates.

- Dark, claustrophobic anti-ambient music. Really abrasive. Gotta be in the right mood for it.

Hard Nose The Highway by Van Morrison (1973). Listened to this yesterday evening. I think it could be his best after Astral Weeks, and probably his most underrated. The choir in Snow in San Anselmo is deadly. Warm Love is a great tune. It's mostly slow paced and jazzy, but I think it's very well judged melodically. He doesn't go into the celtic soul/fat man voice (which kinda annoys me about Saint Dominic's Preview, Veedon Fleece and one or two others). The title track is class as well as is his version of Purple Heather.
