on any meat and salad based sandwich, preferable ham, try taking a pack of cheese and onion crisps, king work best, barely open them, crush the crisps in the bag. like beat the shit outta them, roll them with a rolling pin if available until they're a fine crumbly powder.

add mayonaise to sandwich and sprinkle crisps liberally over

One of my favs at the moment is putting two slices of bacon on the foreman, and a couple of mushrooms...when they are done, grate some white cheddar, maybe add some red onion, couple of slices of that ultra-tasty tesco cruncy oatmeal bread, add some wildrocket AND red pesto, and stick that fucker back on the foreman.
