True that I now have more questions than ever. For example we were never told WHY a studio so popular was actually closing. Is the studio next door still operating? When Dave started making this was he always going to buy the desk? Is the building still there because it seems that "the sound" was made up of three parts. Room, Desk & Tape. Would the magic still be there if it went Room -> Desk -> Disc? The money required to do that seems relatively small. In other words there must be another reason why it was finally closing, not just digital.
Also once Dave's studio was running and taken the room out of the equation did the deck still sound as good? Was Dave planning to use the desk in a digital studio in the future.....and many more... so many questions.
Still though it was an enjoyable watch.
