Ok I once bought mark owens first album........ no excuses.....

...but it was a girls fault, she tricked me with the naughty lady tricks!! :heart:

Actually it disappeared into my cd collection until it was spotted by a mate a few months ago and was very quickly filed in the bin!! ;)

a lot of post punk and new wave stuff from about 1977-83 like devo, teardrop explodes, killing joke, rough trade records, factory records, sugarhill records, chic, early cure, birthday party, some film (especially horror ones) soundtracks, kraftwerk....
 
A bit of Bob Dylan, Nirvana. Some of the classic's aswell, no harm in that.

Appreciate all music other than all of this MTV generation bollox and RAP the derivitive of CRAP

I like a lot of that old post punk stuff too.Gang Of Four,Fall,Joy Division... Pretty much anything by the Cure is amazing too.Birthday Party and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds,New Order,Kraftwerk....

And Ed-I don't know much blues but what i do know is great!I should really start getting into it more.

robert pete williams, howlin wolf, big bill broonzy, memphis slim, john lee hooker, bessie smith, sonny boy williamson for starters they some of my favourites, also obvious ones like leadbelly, son house and robert johnson, but robert pete williams is a fuckin legend.|..|

Leadbelly,Howlin' Wolf and John Lee Hooker are fucking great!I know some stuff by Robert Johnson but not much.I must start going to the library more-they've a huge blues section there.
