Best I can tell they're like what the Europeans must have seemed like to the first Sioux that saw them.

So they appeared when Peggy hit the young lad after the diner shootout, then there was some random talk discussing that night and now they're back.

She's aware of her place in this life/planet/universe and that she is on a spiritual journey- type deal.

So we had a big reworking of Raising Arizona in that episode and another No Country For Old Men scene in the street gun fight.

Also I thought the fact that the kids throwing the ball were deaf was just a smart oddity in itself until I realised afterwards that those kids are most likely the two dudes from the first season. Very cool@
