It's a voyeuristic curiosity.
I'm personally fascinated by women and what makes them tick, but even I was surprised at the amount of self-examination they put themselves through.

I enjoyed it, but I don't know that there's anything essential about it. Unless you're worried about bumping into Una Mullaly in Grogan's and having nothing to talk about.
