Out On A Limb Records very proudly presents its latest release – the sophomore album from Dublin’s Crayonsmith,entitled ‘White Wonder’.
The brainchild of Ciarán Smith, now accompanied by friends Ruadhan O’Meara and Ronan Jackson, Crayonsmith received much acclaim for 2006’s self-released debut ‘Stay Loose’, touring and playing with the likes of Sparklehorse, Danielson, The Decemberists, Dan Deacon, Islands and Joy Zipper, amongst many others in its aftermath.
‘WhiteWonder’ sees Crayonsmith progress from earlier lo-fi bedroom recordings to fuse a collection of memorable, punchy songs with ahigher focus on edgier instrumentation and beats, yet at the same time regaining the sense of headphone interplay inherent to Crayonsmith’s music.
Preceded by the single ‘Lost In The Forest’, Crayonsmith’s new album will bereleased on Friday, April 4, on CD and Digital format.
