Christina Noble, humanitarian and founder of the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation has been in the Lebanon assisting with emergency aid and providing relief to the children and many thousands of desperate displaced people since the 25th of July.

Christina Noble, humanitarian and founder of the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation has been in the Lebanon assisting with emergency aid and providing relief to the children and many thousands of desperate displaced people since the 25th of July.

She went out there with emergency medical supplies and has been purchasing considerable quantities of food, water and other essential items in Damascus and Beirut for these refugees.

Christina is currently on her way back to Damascus in Syria where she will be joined by 4 volunteers (one Dr and 3 former UN peacekeepers who served in the Lebanon).  The voluneers are bringing with them more medical supplies and other necessary items.

It is the intention of the Foundation to continue to provide assistance in the Lebanon and Christina is currently assessing what we can do to assist long term in rebuilding the lives of the children who have been affected by this terrible situation.

Christina Noble is desperately appealing for donations in order to assist in bringing emergency and life-saving long term sustainable assistance to the desperate children of Lebanon.

More information can be found at http://www.cncf.org OR BY CONTACTING THE DUBLIN OFFICE ON (01) 645 5555.
