Highlights for me:

-My sister having a baby and seeing the world afresh through my nephew's eyes.
-Another deadly trip to Italy with my Girlfriend.
-Cycling around Inis Mor on Mushies.
-Buying and starting to learn the accordian

yah, i'm glad i had enough cop to sort stuff out with you dude those things above, top things. i'm going to take uileann pipe lessons from eoin kila in the new year. he's already told me i'm mad but someone has to do it, right? there's something like an 8 year waiting list for a new set... hoping to pick up a decent set of 2nd hand ones. we should do a pipe/accordian duet!

oh man, so many top moments this year,

seeing pheonix at a really old castle on a hill in norway and not having a clue why i was in norway just an hour before the gig.
moving into a lovely place with my lovely boy and making a whole room into some kind of creative music/art/fart lab. (not my farts though).
catching my first fish, swiftly followed by ten or so more.
tons of fine wine drinking indoors and outdoors.
going back to study something i love and not being scared to do so.
so much more that i can't write it down.
2005 was one of my all time favourite years, can't wait for 2006
