I quite like Dee's Organic Burgers - Irish, no meat, no dairy, no gluten. Also in Superquinn:

I've walked past there quite a few times and thought it looked nice, but wasn't sure what it was like. Will have to check it out one of these days.

Its very nice! Open weekdays plus Saturdays. Very chilled out, relaxing atmosphere, with very nice food and friendly staff.
