I've looked in Asian markets to no avail but then again they're from South Africa. Does anyone know where to get some Yams in Dublin?

There's a shop on Wexford St (same side of the road as Whelan's) which has a good veg selection. Also, try Moore St, there's African shops there.

superquinn in crumlin have yams, maybe other ones around dublin do too

Yams like all soy products, tofu, soy sauce, miso soup...are hormone balancing, which is deadly for the girls. If you're like me and easily upset among other crap, 1 week out of 4 - eating two servings of these foods a day will help lots, mopping up extra estrogen in your system, yay!

Hopefully they'll be nice, probably not so good as sweet potatoes though.
