Wonky tickets (1 Viewer)

pete, i suggest you and yr missus dress up pantomime style as a 3-legged slanty-eyed donkey and demand entrance because you are the eponymous star of the whole shebang.

so noble ... is that a tear in my eye? or is pete wanting to offer up monies in equal parts to guinness and the rape crisis centre? i'm just making a fucking observation! (sorry pete).

when i say guest lists are for saps i'm talking about smiley bolger style "don't you know who i am"-ism. it's sad.

but what if you don't act like smiley bolger? what if you just get on the guest list? like say, a friend of the band? maybe you're low on money or the tickets are sold out... would you still have a problem with it? i'm genuinely curious about this, i had a chat about this with a little-known fellow called stephen one night, i want to know if you share his opinions...

if you're a friend of the band you shouldn't have a problem paying in to see them

if you're low on money, return to the barter system and do something for them in return

but expecting to freeload in just because of who you are is stupid

oh by the way i didn't get the job i was going for so i'm in a pretty bad mood right now.

sorry, and surprised, to hear that, petey

i'm not.

why would anyone want to give me a job in IT after all

pricks

A job in IT is not all it's cracked up to be.Your boss gives you fuck all work to do,all you can do is look up the net all day.If you come in with a hangover,as i have done this morning, you just sit and pray for lunch.Wait a minute....it is all it's cracked up to be!!
I don't mean to rub it in or anything.

well, its all over and done with now.

and pretty bloody great it was and all.

highlights for me:

3. dip hammering his bass during "the opposite of addiction"

2. ritchie's impromptue gameboy interlude.

1. the aforementioned ritchie falling off the stage at the end of the night.

great stuff. i only wish i had been in a better mood.

I'm giving it KKKKK's....

Although apparently I missed a blood-letting in Dominion down O'Connell Street way.....this may or may not be true....

Sure you got your facts straight there buddy? Anyway, Tome and I thought you'd be crushed, what with that GameBoy thing and all...

Something must be done. Grr.

Big up to those bouncers, though.

did anyone else think the guinness was bad?
either it was that or the fact that i drank about 17 free gallons of it that i puked everywhere in the street this morning, and then in my front garden.

illuminous, it was

what a bloody great night out that was, congrats to all.

free guinness is NEVER bad.
it's so free.

free-er than free itself.

brilliant night.

ps herv, i think you be meaning richie, not matty.
still, i could be wrong.
i couldn't see much clearly.

that'd be the free guinness, y'see.

NEVER bad

no no, its always great to see a bit of gameboy action. theres loads of people doing it now anyway.

regarding the bouncers, well, tom seems to have made it his life's mission to get pissed off by them. in saying that however there was no need whatsoever for the slap on the head.

Brilliant night. Good music, free guinness, deadly visuals, just a shame I ended up at a party with no beer afterwards. Also managed to tear my cords right up as far as my knee for some reason... that'll have had something to do with the free guinness I suppose.

I think i was also at that party..
either that, or there were a lot of beer-free parties in town on saturday night.
i left after 10 minutes buh' cos i was in a sulk cos my voice was gone.
and cos i had no booze.
but mostly cos of my voice.
i love talking you see.
talking is rapa.

top drawer gift night.

but lads, the real reason we're here is to laud the rednecks new disk. aww, jayses. utter deadliness. pricks.

ritchie owes me one lead. did ye hear that?

hervert, drop me a line. do it now.

bouncers fucking suck. jayses.

what did the bouncers do? the only thing i noticed was when the jimmy cake came on and they made everyone who was sitting in front of the stage stand up, which i actually thought was class.

hector, i love the way hp was screaming at you 'you're hector grey!!!, i'm HP!!!!' over and drunkenly over.

i remember that even though i didn't actually see it. odd. brainwrong
