both scenes seem to be a bit of a sausage fest so i was wondering if any of the more sussed types on here knew of any bands that had female fronted/dominated(heh) bands worth checking out

thread might cause a few eye rolls but this has been on me mind a bit lately

deadly band. i was thinking more of straight up kind of stuff. Women seemed to be well represnted in punk/crust(comparatively at least) but not in the above

Circle Takes the Square, Walls of Jericho, All for Nothing (from ze nederlands) and Day After Day are all female fronted. There are many many more but my brain isn't functioning today.

like i said,punk/crust seem to be better represented, i can't think of many all female hardcore bands like xtrustx and that

There's tonnes of bands on there but there's far too many bands on there with token female singers who are cannily placed in the centre front of all the photos which is even more depressing..
