Hello and thanks for looking. We are a band in search of a bass player, as the title suggests. Influences are varied but the sound is kinda Alt-rock. We have a drummer, 2 guiars and lead vox at present.

Maybe not so representative now. The newer stuff is a bit more interesting - choppier, heavier (for want of a better description) but in short it's good old fashioned rock music. Hopefully have some new stuff up soon.
Age wise we are all around the 30 mark. Based in Dublin & Kildare and usually practice in city centre or Chapelizod. Commitment wise we are looking for someone who can spare 3 evenings a month on average. Ususally Monday or Wednesday evenings or the odd Saturday morning. We are flexible if you have other commitments. Looking to get gigging soon but not looking for a career, in it simply for the love of making noise!
The only other thing is ability. You don't have to be Victor Wooton but there is a minimum standard required. We've all been playing for years so if you're just learning, good luck with it but you're probably not for us. Also backing vox an advantage.
So if you are interested let me know either by PM or through the myspace site. We will hopefully hold an audition over the next few weeks once (if) we have a few candidates.
