what kind of money does the drexciya stuff usually end up going
for on ebay ?

is it possible to buy the elecktroids album on cd anywhere ?
(I dont ebay)

The Drexciya ep's on Warp and Rephlex are probably their most sought after releases.
Journey Home goes for £40+ regularly.
The Electroids album on vinyl goes for huge money. I'd imagine the CD is a bit cheaper.

I found that the problem with this (like some other early Warp pressings from around this time - "Selected Ambient works 2" particularly) is that there's a shit load of surface noise even on new copies...ruins "Lost" and "Flutter" in the quiet bits. Not worth shelling out €35 plus on this, believe me...this stuff sounds better on cd.

Yes
My SAW2 vinyl never sounded great. Much prefer the CD.,

I once sold a white label promo copy of the Elecktroids LP on eBay during a clearout I had. The bleedn thing when for over 80 sterling! I also had 12" promos of the other Drexciyan related Warp releases, Journey Home, Kilohertz and E-Coli which all sold for 30-40 sterling. Some of that old Warp stuff goes for a packet if you're into that whole buying and selling music lark.

I've got all the old B12 records too, most on coloured vinyl, that I'm thinking of selling. Ripped them ages ago so not much point holding onto them. Same goes for all the old Skam, Rephlex, Toytronic, Likemind, ART, AI Records, Markant and the like.

b12 are bringing out a box set soon
i'd sell them if I was you
not sure whats on the box set but I'd still sell them
I'll give you a fiver for them
they really are bringing out a box set
