Virtual Machine for IE7? (1 Viewer)

Anybody know if these are tricky to set up?

I have IE6 on my work machine and would always just pop over to a laptop to see how any sites I'm working on check out in IE7. Unfortunately said laptop has gone away for a while, so I'm left with the option of installing IE7 (and losing IE6) or setting up a "virtual machine" so I can install IE7 alongside IE6.

Should I do this? Will it hurt me?

No, go for it.
It's easy, and will only take you as long as an XP install takes, give or take.
Grab the free version of VMware and go.
