RealPlayer opens SMIL files. Or rather, they point to .RAM files that RealPlayer opens. Fair play to RTE archiving their stuff like that but they could have gone the whole way and done it at watchable quality... 56 kbps is barely worth the effort.

yeah i'll leave it up there no bother.. my rte telly reception isn't great to be honest and the original capture is pretty crap, but scaling it down seems to have gotten rid of most of the interference and stuff.

edit:i have the 135mb mpeg file if you want it - pm me if so.
