Trouble using Remote Admin with No-Ip :( (2 Viewers)

I have moved my PC that I used to Download stuff etc to my new place - it wasn't booting properly etc. I did a clean install on with Windows XP and everything is working fine except when i tryed to set up Remote Admin on it.

Ok i set up a Static addy with No-IP.com and it works fine (i used them before).

I set up a server on my D/L machine and a viewer on my laptop.

I forwarded the ports and adjusted (and turned off) the firewall.

I tryed to connect via the No-Ip addy but I'm getting 'can't connect to server' error. I can ping the No-IP addy and its fine and I can aslo connect to the Download machine via Remote Admin thru my internal Lan address.

I aslo tryed VNC with the same results..

Any help???

No I tested with one of t hose 'Can you see me' services..

Oh and I forgot and THIS might be the problem - can some one tell me - the laptop and the download PC are both on the same network/Router. I can't remember this being a problem before but it could be this...

I can test from another network but i'll have to wait til tomorrow..
