One final question before I finally announce who it is, do the band need any form of visa/work permit? They'll have a Uk work permit but will they need one for here? They're going to be travelling in a car with all their equipment and a ton of merch so it will attract attention..

work permits: never an issue in my experience, it just seems to be something they're not even bothered about.
