Right, after almost 5 years here in The Fairview House aka. House of Settler and Office of Brown Star Records & Hoot Night HQ, the primary renter and his gal pal are set to be moving out. The third roomate is moving to London.

I have a couple of options....

a) Move with the couple to the southside as they've invited me and we get on well.

b) Move into a completely new situation into a room in one of your gaffs. (Did I spell gaff correctly?)

c) Find three new roommates for this vintage 4 bedroom house in Fairview, directly across from Fairview Park, at the bus stop (130, 42s, 31s, 32s, 20, 29 & 27), doors away from the wonderful Fairview Grill, rent only 95Euro a week aka 411ish a month.

If some kool kids move in then it'd be worth it, but otherwise, I'll be looking for a room.

Ok, I'm staying in Fairview.

3 separate bedrooms available in vintage terraced house.
Numerous bus routes at front door to town (5 minutes ride). 15
minute walk to city center. Near
Clontarf Rd. DART station. Across from Fairview Park.
Non-smokers preferred, light smokers accepted. Close to shops,
gym, pubs and other ammenities. 95Euro weekly rent. 130Euro deposit.

Facilities:
Parking * Central Heating * Alarm * Cable Television
Washing Machine * Dryer * * Microwave

2 of the 3 mates found a flat in Ballsbridge so they're leaving at the end of August now and not the end of September.
