Threads

Formed out of the despair of human living to counteract the grim realities of failed life, THREADS are hitting the scene like an Atomic bomb hitting Sheffield. Four rockers with a past in punk bring pure worship of Sabbath, Zeppelin, Lizzy and Purple to the stage. Having previously played in bands like Khang, Baby Harp Seal, Health Hazard, Baba Yaga, Month of Birthdays and Snail Racing and fresh from rocking Bohs to its very foundations last February, the mighty threads will not disappoint.

Kakistocracy

After several EP and split releases and two US tours, Ashville NC's KAKISTOCRACY have mutured their brand of hardcore punk into the powerful and complex sound represented by their first full-length release. Mixing speedy drumming and agressive vocals with complex and sometimes melodic guitar parts, together with a groove-laden bass sound, the Kaki's have risen to the top of the hc/punk pile. Thier Irish shows will be their very last of a 3 month long European tour.

DeNovissimis

Dublin dirge-masters DeNovissimis will play their first gig after a short break from live appearences. Their sex-headed attack mixes painfully slow doom with a frenzied black metal-influenced blast attack.


Mongolia

Instrumental 3-piece heavily influenced by Sabbath, Lizzy, Sleep and THC, this will be the first date of their first Irish tour. Former/currrent members of Easpa Measa, Knifed, etc
