put in a big order with thomann there a while. was shipped on the 27th. No sign of it as of yet. How long do they normally take??

you should get it this week. i've never had any issue with them. unlike dabs.ie....

you should have a tracking number you can check.

I ordered some Mic stands with them recently on a friday. They arrived on thursday the week after. 4 working days.

Do you live in the countryside with no road or street numbers?

The problem I've often had with them is that they don't address the things properly, or rather didn't give DHL a contact number. Twice in 3 orders I've had to ring DHL to ask where my package was and they told me that they weren't able to deliver or contact me and had to wait for me to ring them to find out where to go.

Yeah, the package number i got wasnt much use when it came to tracking it. Im using the same address as last time I ordered, so that shouldnt be a problem. If it dosnt make an appearance by thurs I'll start making calls
