Biog: The Vagabonds:

The Vagabonds Debut EP – Another Victory For Hysteria – Produced By Stephen Street (The Smiths, Blur) & Mastered by Aidan Foley (My Bloody Valentine, Whipping Boy) – Released Through The First Born Is Dead Recordings. Available in stores all Over The Country & Worldwide http://breakingtunes.com/thevagabonds

"...a brilliant slice of apocalyptic punk that's just the medicine for recession depression. It's no wonder legendary producer Stephen Street picked up on these lads." - The Daily Mirror
"a refreshing blend of tuneful punk melodies with grimy garage riffs to create a totally infectious sound" - Connected Magazine
"Bob Dylan fronting The Clash" - Limerick Leader

THE BONNEVILLES: The Bonnevilles are a garage punk blues duo from Lurgan, thirty miles south of Belfast – an unlikely combination, but what a result. Andrew McGibbon Junior on guitar and vocals and Chris McMullen on drums, formerly known collectively as the Motorsounds, are part of a new wave of musicians who are reinventing the blues for people who grew up with punk and grunge, with songs that are hard, angry and relevant.

THE BLACK STRANDS: The Black Strands were formed in 2009. Their dirty psychedelic sounds; tremolating fuzz and dark broodish rock n roll along with epic build ups and minutes of instrumental wah-wah goodness with glorious vocal harmonies creates an unbreakable wall of noise. They have been described as sounding like “Four Horsemen” by Aphrodite’s Child dragged through the dirt by the Irish. http://breakingtunes.com/theblackstrands

THE VAGABONDS:
"It’s been a long time since there was a genuine band of legitimate significance, especially in this era, when bands reforming is the only escape from the lowly standard of talent. There is a risk then of blowing anything half decent out of proportion but this certainly does not apply here" - In Dublin

THE BONNEVILLES (NI)
Imagine an even more raw sounding Black Keys with the voice of Rory Gallagher....Road Records
John Spencer Blues Explosion meets Motorhead....Soul Generation

Sorry folks but due to the crap weather we've been having here in Dublin we've decided to pull tomorrow nights Retro Revival Club. Full line up of bands instead will be moved to our Jan date. Sorry again folks
