I don't get that feeling stupid thing but sometimes I do get mad guilt for really silly reasons. Like if I leave work and call into a couple of shops before getting on my bike and then it starts raining I get a twinge and feel that I somehow deserve being rained on because I didn't go straight home.

I often find myself talking to inanimate objects. They're called people, but they become inanimate objects when I start talking.
