I can only reply from my phone (iPhone, Safari). No reply box shows up in chrome or safari on OS X El Capitan

The 'more options' workaround doesn't work for me either

Notifications and viewing who rated a post are also fucky (goes to new page instead of pop up)

And the 'new posts' tab with red number has disappeared though I think it might show up intermittently?
